The entire Dioxycle team gathered for our first-ever company retreat in the beautiful High-Jura forests in France.

Our teams from France and the US came together to share ideas and connect. We believe that teamwork is paramount to continued innovation and overcoming challenges together, and the retreat offered a perfect opportunity to build deeper bonds in a fun setting.

We were privileged to hear valuable insights on communication and teamwork from Christophe Schmaltz (HEC Paris) and benefitted from the beautiful surroundings, with scavenger hunts in the mountains, puzzles and enigmas, tag rugby, and of course, copious amounts of locally produced food (featuring a lot of cheese).

With 25 team members representing 12 nationalities, the retreat was also a celebration of Dioxycle’s diverse perspectives, cultures, and ideas.

Ultimately, this time together served as a powerful reminder of our shared mission: to combat climate change – and if our team fights climate change like they fight to win a scavenger hunt, we should have a pretty good chance of winning!
